- Parmesan production with our local expert tutors, at the parmesan diary we will see the entire cheese production from milk to one of the most renowned gourmet cheese in the world. The tour will include visit to the brine process, ageing cellars and a final tasting. The visit will last about 2 hours.
- The tour will continue with a visit to a Modena acetaia where traditional balsamic vinegar is produced. We have a special deal with one of the best producer and after a full explanation of the process a gourmet balsamic vinegar lunch will be served in this 1800 Modenese private villa. - The final stop of this tour will be to one of the best wine producer of the area, we will visit the wine production facility, the cellars and we will finish with a wine and food matching experience.
